Our volunteer projects offer a mix of one term of teaching in the rural Tha Ton region of Northern Thailand, three weeks of independent travel, and a PADI Open Water scuba diving course on Koh Tao. As part of a group of volunteers, you will live and work within a rural community, experiencing real cultural immersion. As part of the programme you will start with an orientation course covering health & safety, a local language course, history of the region and teaching techniques to get you ready for the classroom. There will be 24 hour in-country support from our local representatives for the duration of your time with AV.
